Billy is a seasoned music industry manager with exceptional A&R skills and a knack for building valued relationships with A-List talent and top brands. He has managed numerous stars and celebrities including Bridget Kelly, Ray J, Brandy, Slaughter House, Dot Da Genius and Yung Berg. Billy has also secured brand partnerships and executed strategic promotions with: Neiman Marcus, Nokia, Under Armor, The NBA, Ciroc and Hennessy just to name a few. He has also held A&R positions at Steve Rivkind’s SRC, Kanye West’s GOOD Music, John Monopoly’s Hustle Inc., Universal Motown Records and Universal Republic Records. Billy holds a strong footing in the tech world, having run the urban marketing division for YouCast Corporation and helped create urban media hub - ThisIs50.com for Rapper 50 Cent. His most notable endeavor in tech was heading FaceBook’s gaming platform GigIt, where he secured name and likeness licensing deals for over 100 top artists from all genres of music. While closing those opportunities, he also secured deals with all of the major record labels to use the artist name, likeness and music in the platform as well. He also partnered with influencer/celebrity Ray-J to form the consumer electronics company, Raytroniks, where he marketed and launched the popular electric vehicle ‘Scoot E Bike.’ The independent success of Scoot E Bike, lured leadingconsumer electronics distributor, Cowboy Wholesale to inking a $31 million dollar deal. in 2017 Billy has quickly become the go to guy for hit records and creative marketing throughout the entertainment and tech industry.

Karriem (K-Mack) is a music industry veteran who has more than 20 years of experience as a producer and label owner, and founded SoulDiggaz, his first production company, in 1996. Since its inception, K-Mack and his production team have worked with industry executives and collaborated with iconic recording artists such as Beyonce, Missy Elliot, Madonna, Mary J. Blige, Sean “P. Diddy” Combs, and Destiny’s Child resulting in numerous gold and platinum sales status certifications. SoulDiggaz eventually matured and K-Mack expanded and diversified his business under the new name, Rebirth Entertainment, wherein he would acquire and develop his own artists and manage his company’s recording studio. In its five short years, Rebirth has achieved immediate success, having secured major label recording contracts and publishing deals for its artists.
